Plant hangers, wall pots and the stands that take the weight

A cradle sized for a six-inch pot will take a five-inch pot happily and let a seven-inch pot slide straight through it. That is the single most common mistake with a hanger, and it is why every cradle width in the Mkono range is printed on the card rather than left to the photograph.

The drop matters almost as much. A 35-inch hanger from a standard ceiling puts the pot at eye level in a room with eight-foot ceilings and at forehead level in a room with nine. Measure from the hook down to where you want the base of the pot, then buy the length above it: cord can be shortened at the knot, and it cannot be lengthened at all.
